Time

We could face possible time limitations, when doing our unit 4 advert, due to all of us having different lessons and time-tables, and others having extra-curricular activities, to try and negate this problem we created a group-chat to keep in contact with each other outside school, so that we could arrange filming dates. We will be filming according to our production schedule, but if there are days where there are unforeseen circumstances that delay our filming, we would then use the weekend or the holidays to make up on time, time management would be the hardest aspect of filming as getting everyone ready to film and them being free, can be a hard task to do, as every one in the group does different things.

Costs

In our unit 4 advert, we have a few props and costumes that will cost us money to do. The two costumes that we found online cost £12 each, which we decided that we would buy. This is also a potential big issue as we will have to find the money to buy those costumes, and they are also online so one member of the group will have to buy it using their own card, or ask their parents. we also had to buy the product that we will be using, being the febreeze, these are relatively low cost, however the still need to be bought. We allocated who would be buying what in the group. All together the total cost of our production would be £27, which we would need to gather from somewhere, all previous projects have been cost free, so filming was relatively easier, now with a cost constraints filming may be delayed.

Personnnel

We are using the 3 members from our group, so we are not reliant on anyone, so we only need to arrange filming dates that are suitable for us via the group chat. Two of the members in the group have shown to have decent acting skills in previous projects, and they will fulfill the roles of one the police, and other character the 'thug'. The other member in the group although not shown amazing acting skills, has good theory knowledge of camera language, and has come up with good ideas that we could implement in our advert.

Resources

We will be using two props, which are also the product that we will be advertising. They cost a total of £6, but they are relatively low cost and can be easily accessible from any supermarket. There is a supermarket near our school, so the props that we are going to use are easy to find. The props are possibly the lowest risk of being a limitation in our advert, as they are low cost, accessible.
